RFR FLANGE INSERT SYSTEM

VERSATILE, POSITIVE FLANGEWAY SEAL. MAINTENANCE-FREE.

RFR inserts are made from the finest grade of 100% extruded virgin material, ensuring uniformity of each insert.
RFR connector pins keep all inserts tightly secured at the joints, preventing gaps and maintaining a consistently precise, positive seal throughout the railroad crossing section.

HASSLE-FREE INSTALLATION

Featuring a universal design, standard RFR inserts can be used with precast concrete panels or full-depth timber planks.
Fits 90# to 136# RE rail sections, requires no special tie spacing for support, works with all types of rail fasteners and with or without rail anchors.

RFR'S PROPRIETARY "POP-DOWN" GAUGE INSERT DESIGN MAKES INSTALLATION EASY AND FAST.

More than 100 track feet per hour can be installed with only lining bars and spike mauls.
Our "POP-DOWN" gauge inserts let you conveniently retro-fit existing open flangeways without removing previously installed crossing panels.
